Copyright and counterfeits.

If you own a copyright and think a listing or photo on Rukata copies your work without permission, send us a notice at hello@rukata.store. A complete notice has all of this in it.

1. Your signature, written or electronic.

2. The work you own that you say was copied.

3. The listing or photo you say copies it, with enough detail for us to find it. A link is best.

4. Your name, address, email, and phone number.

5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use was not allowed by you, your agent, or the law.

6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are allowed to act for the owner.

When we get a complete notice, we take the material down or block it, and we tell the seller.

If you own a brand and think a listing sells a fake, or uses your name, logo, or images without permission, email us at hello@rukata.store. Tell us who you are, the right you own, and which listing it is, and send proof that you own or represent the brand. We take down listings that break a brand's rights, and we act on the sellers behind them.

If we took your listing down over a copyright notice and you think that was a mistake, you can send a counter notice to hello@rukata.store. Send all of this.

1. Your signature, written or electronic.

2. The listing or photo that came down, and where it was before.

3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was taken down by mistake or wrongly identified.

4. Your name, address, and phone number.

5. A statement that you accept the federal court for your area, and that you will accept legal papers from the person who filed the first notice.

We may put the material back after a short wait, unless the person who filed the first notice takes you to court.

We keep a record of every report we act on. If a seller breaks copyright or brand rights more than once, we close their account and hold any payout tied to the reported items while we look into it.

Your photos and words stay yours. You give Rukata permission to host, show, resize, and promote them so we can run the marketplace and show your listing and your store. That permission ends when the content comes down, except for copies we have to keep for fraud, tax, or legal reasons. You promise you own or are allowed to use everything you upload.
