Buyer protection
You pay, we hold it.
Every order on Rukata works the same way. We hold your money until the item reaches you. If it never turns up, or it is not what was listed, you get your money back.
The seller is paid only after you get it
When you buy, we hold your money. It does not go to the seller yet. They send it with tracking, and they are paid after it arrives. If it never arrives, you get all of it back.
Covered if something goes wrong
Ask for your money back if the item never arrives, shows up damaged, is the wrong item, is a fake, or is not what the listing said.
If the return is the seller's fault, the seller pays to send it back.
How a purchase works
1. You buy. Your card is held, not charged yet.
2. The seller confirms they can ship it. That is when you are charged, and we hold the money.
3. It arrives. The seller is paid two days later.
4. If something is wrong, tell us. We step in before the seller is paid.
What is not covered yet
Changing your mind is not covered. This is for orders that never arrive, or are not what the listing said. To see how listings are checked, read Safety.
