Safety
How we keep orders safe.
We check what is being sold, and we keep a record of what happens to every order. We hold your money until the item arrives.
Listings are checked
Everything listed must be new or open box. The seller confirms the item is theirs, adds real photos, and shows the condition before it goes live.
Photos are the seller’s own and we do not edit them. No background removal, no touch ups, nothing made by a computer. Sellers have to photograph the real item rather than use a picture from the maker’s website, and that matters most on cards, shoes and clothing, where you are buying the condition. The one thing we take out is the hidden location and camera data in the file, so nobody gives away their address by accident.
If a listing fails a check, it does not go up.
We hold your money until it arrives
We hold the money while the order is on its way. It sits with Stripe, not with us. The seller is paid after it arrives as described.
If it never arrives, shows up damaged, is a fake, is the wrong item, or is not what the listing said, ask for your money back.
Sellers stay in control
The seller approves what goes live, the price, and any change to a sale. We do not put products up or move money on our own.
Orders ship with tracking, and we keep a record of account and payment actions.
Accounts stay private
Sign in is handled by an outside sign-in service, so we never keep your password.
We check it is really you before showing your store, your orders, or your payouts.
Report a problem
If you find a security problem, tell us privately before you post about it. Who to contact and what we ask for is in our security file.
Do not open another person's data or move real money while testing.
